1996 Toyota Corona 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Hi,
When I started my car the two cooliing fan donot work, the electric mirrors and doors can not be operated, wipers not working and, signals, brak and reverse lights with dashboard lights not lighting.

Please help me suggets where the fault is
