Engine Mechanical problem
1995 Toyota Corona 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 98,000 miles
I am currently in the military, active duty stationed in Japan. I just bought 1995 toyota corona with 98000 miles. I washed the engiine with a pressure washer covering with plastic bags the alternator and distributor. After starting the engine, I noticed the engine running rough at idle especially when placed into gear. I opened the distributor to clean and to ensure it is not wet but to no avail. Was there any chance that I accidentally wet certain electronic parts in the engine compartment that is causing the problem. Please help. Thank you.
