Car wont start
Electrical problem
1993 Toyota Corona 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic
i changed my water pump and installed a new thermostat, the car drove the next day with about half the power gone. i adjusted the timing and removed it and it ran for half an hour perfectly. i turned it off and tried to start it again but it failed to start. i found out it was the distributor that was the problem, had it replaced and was ok. it ran for about two hours on the road and died in the middle of traffic. found that the distributor was igniting only when you take it out of the engine and connect the wires and spin it. why?
