1989 Toyota Corona Both Radiator Fans not working

Engine Cooling problem
1989 Toyota Corona 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 150000 miles

The radiator fan & A/C fan suddenly quit working. Hot wired both fans & they work. Checked relays ( 1 five pin relay & 2 four pin relays ) & fuses, they are fine. My charging indicator on dash board also not working ( always off) . Bulb is fine. Checked connector & no power coming. Pls help me to locate the faulty parts. ( I don't have the manual ). Thx in advance.
