I am thinking of buying a Toyotra Corolla year 1992. Mileage - 60K. The seats are not in good conditions.

How much will it cost to replace the seats? Or would it be cheaper if I get seat covers instead?
I also need to replace the seat belts. How much would that cost?

How much would it cost to paint the car new and to fix a couple of circular dents about 4 to 5 inches long?

I observed vibration in the accelerator and the break while driving. Is it a problem?
