The hood on my Corolla won't stay latched. When I popped my hood to add washer fluid, the lever inside stayed out. I pushed it back, but now the hood won't latch completely--it raises to the point where you reach in and release the primary latch, but the secondary one that keeps it flush with the fenders, doesn't latch. What do I have to do to make this work again?
