Idle vulve problem

I have 1999 corolla GL 1.8, 257000km, 4 cylinder. manual transmission.

I already replaced the old idle valve by inexperienced technician because my car had cutting and stopping sometimes. I found my chance that I have to change the old wired through the ignition coil. Anyways, after I replace the idle vulve, when I start my car, the idle of odometer is below the normal with little shake. I have to press the pedal slightly to reach the average. what should I do?

I already replaced air and gas filters and spark plugs.

I really appreciate your help.
