1997 Toyota Corolla Repair Question

97 Corolla A/C question
The a/c clutch keeps cycling on and off every few seconds.When the clutch is engaged,the air is cold,but then it constantly cycles on and off.any ideas?

Found out that the person who did work on my a/c previously overfilled it.My mechanic fixed it,all is ok now.
