My key ignition will not let my key turn?

You can either take it to Toyota and have the ign. Cylinder replaced, or to a locksmith and have the ign. Cylinder rebuild, along with new keys.
The tumblers in the ign. Switch do wear out. A locksmith can tell you wheather it is the key or the cylinder, but generally the cylinder wears out.
