1994 Toyota Corolla cannot get it started

I noticed a few days ago the car was sputtering like it was trying to stall, I got a full tank of gas and also put gummout gas treatment it seems to have fixed the issue no more sputtering for 2 days then on the third day in the evening I try to start it turns the engine but it turns fast.

I pulled the distributor cap and saw the key spinning so it's not the timing belt I'm thinking it could be the distributor ,can you give me some assistance please
