1993 Toyota Corolla HC ppm failed pass NJ emission test
Engine Performance problem
1993 Toyota Corolla 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 100422 miles
HC PPM failed at 325 reading in NJ inspection. CO% Pass and NO PPM pass.
Got this car from cousin(They didn't use it for 3 year). It runs great but low gas milage (gas light on at 158 mile driving). I changed engine oil but not filter (too tight to take it out). I also changed air filter and spark plugs w/ wires. What else can I do (DIY) before send to reinspection? Thanks very much!

Could be a coil problem and others such as vacuum leak, dirty injectors and fuel delivery problem and an engine that burns oil.
