My 1993 toyota corolla car is not power steering. Can it be converted to a power steering? How much would it cost and how long?Thanks

You would have to get a pump and a rack, and an intake manifold with correct vacuum ports/pressure-return lines.

You would be looking at $700 for parts and a lot of labor if you don't do it yourself.
