1992 Toyota Corolla Smog test failed

I have a 1992 toyota corolla. It passed the smog test 2 years ago but not this time. My No ppm were around 1300 for 15mph. I barely passed the 25 mph. Everything else was good. Any ideas? Thanks.

I was wondering if you knew where the location is for the EGR valve in a 1992 toyota corolla. I have read some places that they didn't have one that year but I think that is wrong. If you know where the location is, please let me know. Thanks for all your help.

Dunno where its located on this model but its normally in between the intake and exhaust manifold. It woud like this-see below
