Valve adjustment on gts

In the car manual for my 1985 Celica GTS (22R), the valve lash is adjusted by starting on the first valve at top dead center. To go to the next valve do I need to rotate the engine a full turn or how exactly do I line it up?

If you wish you can follow the firing order-like this-start with no.1 on TDC-adjust, then turn pulley 180deg adjust no.3, again turn pulley 180deg adjust no.4 and again turn 180deg to adjust no.2

Remember: its 2 to 1 ratio-meaning the crankshaft sprocket has to turn twice in order for it turn the camshaft a full turn.

If the engine tachometer is reading 600rpm-therefore the engine is at 1200rpm.

I pretty much knew how to do it but since I've never done it myself I wasn't positive on a couple of points. I sure appreciate your help.
