2003 Celica GTS ABS

Hi, I have a 2003 Celica GTS with a ABS dashlight that doesn't go off. A shop said it was the right rear ABS senor. Does anyone know how to troubleshoot/repair this problem? Is it easy enough to DIY it? Thanks!

It requires a special tool-look below for a starting point, the right rear sensor will throw a DTC C0210/33 and C1238/38

you can also use a muliti meter, unplug sensore and hook up your multi meter in the two wire holes, put setting on ac voltage, spin wheel if a reading occurs the sensor may be good, wiggle the wire too, do this to each sensor
