Toyota car stoped in rain or water

The car stops each time I PASS through water area only to start later without fixing anything in it. I have tried some local mechanic but they could not fix the problem. The car engine and gear have been changed yet the car is still having the same problem what else can I do now

If you go through water it's getting into your electrics you need to see if you are missing rubber or something similar by your wheels to keep the water out. It's havrd for a mechanic to find problems like this due to it drys out and everything is ok.

Around the wheels and in front of engine, there may be shields that were once there and are no longer there to stop water intrusion. Of course it amy be getting in someplace totally different butnot seeing the car we can't remember every one.
