1993 Toyota Camry Repair Question

Toyta Camry 1993 V-6 Model, 130,000 miles
I have 3 problems:
-My Camry jumps when it changes first gears
-It just now started smoking real badly out the exhaust pipe when I brake the car (usually starts stuttering before smoking).
-When ever I'm driving on rough surfaces the car it sounds like my wheels are rattling
