I tried to start my car this morning but the key wouldn't turn. I tried moving the steering wheel to get the key to turn, but the wheel locked up and now will not move either. Any suggestions?

Yes, I've had this same problem with my '98. Even though the steering wheel is locked, try pulling it to the left or the right and turning the key. Give it a little muscle, and it will start right up. I know this is a common problem for Toyotas. Give it a try- I've used it on at least 3 Toyotas successfully.
