Somthing weird with the tranny/Cv's

I own a 92 camry,it has 190000 miles on it. I replaced both axels less then 18,000 miles ago, today I got in it put it in drive and took off, I heard a clunk and the car lurched forward, now when I turn its clunking bad, do you think I broke one of the splines in the tranny and the cv is running funny or do you think I recieved some bad cv's from the get go, they are still sealed(boots). This also makes an occasional noise going forward down the road, it bogs down the Rpms on the motor, I also raised the hood and moved it forward and when it Clunks the motor rocks pritty bad.
Any input would be great
Thanks

CLunks when you turn definetly sounds like a bad cv joint.
