I have a 97 camry. Twice now, about 2 months apart, it has completely lost electrical power. Nothing was working and the radio presets were lost. After a few minutes the first time it started working. The second time I went into a store and came out, tried it and it did not work. I turned the steering wheel, although I would not say it was the cause yet, everything just came on???

Any thoughts?
