car overheating

i have a 1994 toyota camry actual milige 186039, two year ago a change the water pum and recently i change the radiator and the termostat of the car and still overheat. i have notice that when the car is on the water houses are not hard but still they get hot can you please tell me wahts wrong with my car so i can fix it . thank you

Hello !!

Be sure that the cooling fan its working properly and "on time" (as soon as the temperature gauge its about 1/3 of the scale the fan should start working)

Do you see white smoke coming out of the tail pipe when engine is at operating temperature.

Might also want to bleed the cooling system see below

BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM
Always bleed air from cooling system after replacing coolant. Set heater for maximum heat. Remove radiator cap. Loosen drain plug and remove drain bolt (if equipped) from engine block. Drain coolant reservoir. Fill coolant reservoir to MAX mark with 50/50 water-coolant mixture. Loosen bleed bolt and fill radiator up to base of filler neck. Close bleed bolt when coolant flows out without bubbles. Tighten bleed bolt. With radiator cap removed, start and operate engine to normal operating temperature. Add coolant if necessary and check for leaks.
