Toyota Camry Repair Question

Camry 2.2 will not start after engine swap
Hi, I have a 96 camry w 150k 2.2 auto just replaced
engine after the original overheated and died,now
I cannot get it to start,it gets fuel to the fuel rail,
if i spray ether into intake it will start for a second, i have a sunpro scantool but it is not throwing a code
I put noid light on #1 injector I'm getting an
intermittent light thats it.I have a computer from a 95
that I tried but it did not work either,Please Help,Bryan

Do you hear the injector clicking other than the flashing noid light
