Barely failed emissions!!
1992 Toyota Camry with a 2.2. The car failed NOX. standard is 250 and the car read 251. I checked EGR with vacuum and the car almost died, so that's good. What can I do to skim by? It's upsetting when you fail by being one too high.

Take it out and clean it and look deep in the passages for carbon galore.
Could also be caused by the Cat and stuck in the open loop mode.
