The signs of bad bearings are 1)Low oil pressure 2)Engine noise knocking or clatering 3)Slow cranking after the engine is hot and trying to restart, shows bearings are starting to seizing. 4) Metal in oil looks like metalic paint on dip stick. (More severe)
