2000 camry whining noise

My car has 125,000 miles on it. The timing belt and water pump were replaced at 90,000 and the car runs fine. Recently it started making a high pitched whining noise. We replaced the fuel pump and its filters but the noise continues. Any ideas? Thank you.

Not sure but this might help. Does the very high pitched whining noise stops after 5 to 10 minutes and the sound comes back on idle speed. If it does, it might be your alternator / power steering BELTS. The belts only. Either loose or worn out.
