1997 Toyota Camry 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1997 camry, and a fuse was blown and after I fixed it, the check engine light was still one. I was wondering if on a 1997 camry, would the light have to be put of manually, or does that mean there is something else wrong with the car.

Check engine light On

Have the computer scanned for code/s-you have a problem within the engine management system that caused the CEL to turn on-This is your starting point of diagnosis, finding out what's going on.

You can try this: Remove the EFI fuse for 10secs and see if it will pop back up.
