1994 Toyota Camry air conditioner/heater blower doesn't wor

I have 1994 Toyota Camry and the air conditioner and heater do not blow any air. Is this a major problem or is it something simple that can be corrected? I am hoping that it's just a fuse or something. Please help me diagnose the problem.

Do they work on any speed?

Possible causes are fuses, blower resistor, seized or broken blower motor.

If the blower fan only works on one or a few speeds it is likely it is a blower fan resistor.
