hey if I put my car in any gears it will not move and if I put it in park the car rolls well the car rolls in any gear and when I put it in park it grinds a little can it be like a link or what

Check the linkage to make sure the vehicle is properly engaging in each gear.

Block the wheels under there and see if you can feel by hand it pop into park. Try rocking vehicle when doing this.

Take out wheel blocks and see if parks engaged.
