I have check the fuse, but i don't understand what is what so i didn't touch any of them.

i accidently take + wire and - ground together, then it sparked.. after that i didn't touch anything and just start the engine but digital clock won't display.
and while i was driving the car suddenly turned off by its self.

how can i repair digital clock & Ciggarette Lighter adapter??
and why does it power off its self..
