1989 Toyota Camry Removal of REAR BRAKE DRUM - OFF!

Dear Sirs
Removed the wheel but there is nothing to un-mount screws or so in order to remove the outer left rear brake drum in order to replace the wheel cylinder and the brake shoes.
In my other cars there was a little insix bolt that I could first remove in order to loosen the outer part of the brake drum and jerk it off! is there any SPECIAL equipments to get this off.
By the way my car is called Toyota Carina II 1989 and it is very similar in techniques as Corolla and Camry with brake drums on back wheels!
I would much appreciate some advice to get this outer brake drum OFF!
Please help me!

Hi czom,

Spray some rust remover around centre hub.
Use bronze mallet to tap around drum along stud and slowly pry off when the drum is loose.
