Steering wheel shaking

I have a 95 Toyota Avalon with 107,000 miles. I have had the left axle changed. The steering rack was replaced 3 times because the first 2 were still leaking fluids. I had all four struts changed and the wheels rotated. The shaking started after the 2nd steering rack change and it has gotten worse. Whether i am driving at 10 mph or 60, it doesn't matter. If i am driving above 50 mph and i hit the brakes, the car seems to shake a lot more and the car vibrates a lot. Can you let me know what's wrong.

Humm it is hard to say but back to basics tells you that when the last thing was replaced the problem occured. Go back and have it fixed with a REPLACEMENT RACK.
