Engine Performance problem
1994 Toyota 4Runner 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 120,00 miles
my car overheated and nothing was leaking out and i have a new radiator. had it checked and they said that i had a small leak in one hose and it was taken care of. my car still runs rough and the mechanic told me that he thinks my timing cellinoid is off or needs to be replaced. what is this and what needs to be done?? i have no clue with cars.... thanks

my car overheated
Did he replaced the thermostat? If so and water pump is in working order get it block and pressure tested
