2003 Suzuki Zen Sounds in Suspension

2003 Suzuki Zen 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 18 miles
Hi.
I have a Maruti Suzuki Zen ad has been using it with great Care.Recently i have noticed some strange sounds in my Suspension at the Rear.
My Cars Rear suspension comprises of Shock Absorber and the Suspension Mechanism.the Shock absorber makes some sound when it retartcts back to its orignal postion as if it hits the End portion of the its retract limit.
I regularly service my Car at Company Showroom and i doubt if they perform greasing and maintainance activities on Suspension part.
Can u suggest me a solution also guide me as to does the vehical suspension and shock up also needs greasing or not
