2009 Suzuki Wagon 4 cyl 18 miles

i need to ask that that i have taken the wagon r lxi model.. i want to replace the manual windows with the power windows..which i will do it from maruti suzuki company only...
is it succesful process to replace the manual windows with power windows..
i mean wil it make any problem for us to operate in latr years like noise or jam??
