2008 Suzuki SX4 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 3675 miles

Im sorry i couldnt find a problem category but basically i had i small crash. I hit a parked car and basically it dented and hurt the paint on my car. I am only 17 and just got this brand new car in march so i am extremely upset over it and all i car about is if this accident can be fixed by a paint and collision center and can it be fixed well enough that no one will ever notice it happened? the crash also lifted part of my hood up a bit
