2008 Suzuki SX4 Popping/snap sound front end
Noises problem
2008 Suzuki SX4 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 31383 miles
I've got 31K miles at early 30K heard a (1) time
popping kind of sound left front suspension area.Happened on a slow speed bump.Didn't hear it again for 1,000 miles or so.Now Hear it 2-3 times a
day.It can happen under accelaertion or cruising.
It has half the feel of a broken motor mount thud.
But is a snap/pop. Like if a coil spring was sitting on the lip of it's seat and then snapped back into place.
It can happen on a slow hard left turn.Or a speedbump.or cruising at 45MPH straight ahead.There is no rattle ever.Everything in the
steering & suspension feels tight.No shimmy,no vibration,no drift at any speed.It feels like it's at the
drivers side @firewall/floorboard area .
My local Suzuki dealer closed shop.Closest is 180 miles
Kind of getting afraid to drive it.
