1987 Other Suzuki Models 4 cyl Four Wheel Drive Manual 95000 miles

I m from india .I own suzuki omni van of 3 cylinder. i seen in my car not thermostat available in original position.so not problem create in engine coolling system.please give answer for future reference.In our country most mechanic thermostat take out from original position so any problem create????

you can remove the thermostat for the engine to run cooler all the time ??
