2004 Suzuki Forenza headlamps

My low beam headlights recently stopped working, replaced bulbs, it did not solve the problem, checked fuses still not working, checked the relay for the headlamps still not the problem. Highbeams work, do you have any idea whats wrong.

I own a 2005 Forenza and know that Suzuki issued a recall on that model year's headlights. Check with any Suzuki dealership to see if there is a recall on the 2004 model as well. If so, they will fix it free of charge.
