2006 Suzuki Carry Cold start issue

2006 Suzuki Carry Four Wheel Drive Automatic 1174 miles
Our 06 Suzuki Carry after setting for awhile it has a hard start problem. It doesn't want to start cold when it does it runs poorly. I'm thinking IAC valve or fuel pressure problem. I can't find test procedures for either. Please help
