2003 Suzuki Aerio Vent control does not work

The actuator or motor for the blend door is not working or something has fallen into duct to jam the door. We need to know how to open up the dash to get to the blend door mechanism. Right now air comes out the defrost vent and left and right dash vents.

Heater Unit Removal and Installation
Removal
Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
Drain engine coolant, and disconnect heater hoses (1) from heater unit.
Remove heater unit mounting nuts (2).

Remove instrument panel referring to "INSTRUMENT PANEL REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ".
Remove blower unit (1) referring to Step 4) to 6) of "BLOWER UNIT REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION:".
Remove drain hose (2).
Remove heater unit (3).

Removal
Disconnect negative (-) cable at battery.
Disable air bag system referring to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
Remove steering column assembly referring to STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION.
Remove glove box (1), glove box side cover (2), and hood latch release lever (3).

Remove console box.
Remove instrument panel center under covers (1).

Remove front pillar trims (1), front pillar lower garnishes (2), front side sill scuffs (3) and dash side trims (4).

Disconnect instrument panel harness connectors, antenna and heater control cables which need to be disconnected for removal for instrument panel.
Remove instrument panel ground wire.
Remove instrument panel mounting bolts (1).
Remove instrument panel (2) with steering support member (3) and instrument panel harness.

Installation
Reverse removal procedure noting the following.
When installing each part, be careful not to catch any cable or wiring harness.
Tighten steering support member support bolts to specified torque
Tightening torque
Steering support member support bolts (a): 23 N-m (2.3 kg-m, 17.0 Ib-ft)

Install steering column assembly referring to STEERING COLUMN ASSEMBLY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION.
Adjust control cables. Refer to HEATER CONTROLLER REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION.
Enable air bag system referring to DISABLING & ACTIVATING AIR BAG SYSTEM.
