2003 Suzuki Aerio Repair Question

2003 Suzuki Aerio Half cold/half warm
Air Conditioning problem
2003 Suzuki Aerio 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 76500 miles
Just the other day my Aerio started doing something really weird! The driver side vents are now blowing warm air and the passenger side is blowing cold air!? I spoke with the advisor at the dealership and I must tell you with there attitude and help I will never buy another Suzuki! We were intending on selling this one and buying a new Suzuki but now we are about to change our minds! Do you have any idea as to what could be causing this? There is no dual zone switch and from what I have read the air comes from one hose rather hot or cold?
