I had someone work on two of my cars. Both were simple tuneups, and now both cars have the same symptom. When pressing down on the gas pedal it makes a sucking sound with engine hesitation. I dont know but assuming since these vehicles are two seperate cars I am assuming that something didnt get plugged back together right or something. How can I find what is wrong. There is no check engine light but there is a serious problem.

Check to see if the Mass air flow sensor got plugged back in. Its located in the air intake tube just behind the air filter.

Also make sure the intake tube is in the right place on the throttle body and tightened down. Look around to make sure all hoses and tubes are out back in their proper place.
