2006 Subaru WRX Subaru WRX 06 Combination Valve stuck

2006 Subaru WRX 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 75,000 miles
Hello, my check engine light keeps coming up and when i went to the dealership they told me that something was wrong with my combination valve... I don't really see any difference when i drive my car, and it feels pretty normal, but i have to go through inspection this month and I don't think I going to pass. Also, when i went to the dealership they told me that it's going to cost around 800 dollars.... I don't really think that is reasonable, and i would love to know how much does that part usually cost and how hard is it to repair it. Thank you.
