Computer problem
2005 Subaru WRX All Wheel Drive Manual 20,000 miles

i changed the battery drove the car for a few weeks
then went for emissions testing.

came back on board diagnostic result - reject
check engine light status - ok
vehicle may not need repair
check trouble codes
incomplete monitors : evap, oxygen catalyst

what can i do to correct the problem??
