2002 Subaru WRX Cylinder misfiring

2002 Subaru WRX 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Manual 134000 miles
I have a 2002 Subaru WRX with 133,000 miles. i took it to a dealer mechanic and they told me that it needed a new radiator and thermostat and spark plugs because three cylinders where misfiring. They went ahead and changed everything and the second cylinder was still misfiring and they went ahead and said I needed a new head gasket, what can be the causes of the second cylinder still misfiring?
