1996 Subaru Wagon car wont barely Move

Hi got a 96 subaru legacy wagon 2.2l awd auto, when ya start it, it runs fine when ya rev it up it acts sluggish put it in gear it will barely move no power but when ya do get it movin it will take off and drive at higher speeds once ya get the momentum butwhen ya slow down it wont go, could this be throttle position sensor? Or some sensor causing it, changed mass air flow sens made no diff

Lack of acceleration, chugging, hesitating, bogging etc. Could be caused by one of the following below.

Inspect and test all the following listed below and get back with some results

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
False air leakage.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard.
