Recently had engine tune up and radiator flush and replacement of thermostat. Car overheats after 15-20 miles of driving. High milage vehicle with little trouble until now. Shop had told me it was air in the lines. Wondering if it could be a head issue? Any ideas

could be but chances are its not, you need to make sure the cooling fans are coming on and that the water pump is still working first.
