I installed a timing belt on a 1999 Subaru Legacy Outback. I lined up all the marks on the timing belt according to the gears, all lined up perfect. Then I turned the motor over by the crank and the marks disappeared on the timing belt but the gears still line up. Even after turning the motor over several times I still can't get the marks and the gears to line back up. Should I worry or is this normal?
Thank you for your time

Dont worry about it. As long as the timing marks were all aligned when you put the belt on you have nothing to worry about.
