When temperature outside is cold and car is cold when it is started the transmission engage button on side of transmission handle will not push in and therefore does not allow shifting from park into any other gear. Once engine is warm enough (10-20 minutes idling, depending on outside temp) then the button pushes in and tranmisson engages. Could it be a transmission fluid issue?
