Seat Belt disconnected

2000 Subaru Forester, 155K miles, 4.1L engine: The passenger seat belt has disconnected from the seat frame. It is a bolt on one end, but I can't seem to find a nut to reconnect it. Is there a special way to get it back together?

it is metric nut , get the nut for it. then re attach the seat belt.
